1 gallon of catsup (128 oz)
1 cup Worcestershire
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup mustard
1/4 cup salt
1/16 cup minced onion (2 oz)
1/16 cup garlic powder
2/3 oz paprika
2/3 oz cayenne pepper
1/4 lb butter

Combine all the ingredients & Add water to make 5 gallons. Cook until it comes to a boil. Simmer about 2 hours.

This recipe was originally for 20 gallons; we have converted measurements for a 5 gallon batch. The following may help you when preparing:
For Dry ingredients - 8oz = 16 TBSP.
For Wet Ingredients - 1/4 cup = 4 TBSP; 1 Cup= 1/2 Pint.
