1/2 pkg. noodles, cooked per package directions
3 cups diced, cooked potatoes
4 cups diced rhubarb
3/4 cup sugar or to taste
1/2 cup cream or evaporated milk
Flour and water for thickening

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb in enough water to cover, until tender. Add sugar and cream and cook to dissolve sugar. Combine water and flour in jar and shake to mix. Slowly add to rhubarb and stir and cook over medium heat until desired consistency.
Combine hot potatoes and noodles, and serve with rhubarb gravy.
