2 lbs beef sirloin steak or chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 cans of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp butter

8 cups medium egg noodles, cooked
1 container sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
COOK steak or chicken in large skillet on medium heat until cooked. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm

BOIL water with pasta until done

ADD butter & onions to skillet; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in mushrooms & garlic; cook 10 min., stirring occasionally. Add soup, water, Worcestershire sauce; bring to boil. Simmer on low heat 3 min. or until slightly thickened. Add sour cream 5mins prior to serving

MIX pasta & meat sauce together & serve

Variation - substitute sour cream for cream cheese, cook until melted
I have also substituted steak for Hamburg which tastes really good too!
