1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg vanilla or chocolate instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3 large bananas; mashed
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white chocolate chips

TOPPING
3/4 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter; melted

PREHEAT oven to 350F

PREPARE 13x9 cake pan, greased

CAKE: In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients (except chips) on medium speed for 2mins. Stir in white chocolate chips

SPREAD batter evenly in prepared pan

TOPPING: In a bowl, combine all topping ingredients & mix well. Sprinkle evenly over batter

BAKE 35 to 40mins until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean
