2 10 oz pkgs frozen red raspberries in syrup
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c cold water
50 large marshmallows
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat raspberries with first cup of water, sugar, lemon juice.

Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. Stir in raspberry mixture. Cook until thickened and clear. Cool.

Melt marshmallows in milk over boiling water. Cool thoroughly. Whip heavy cream. Fold into marshmallow mixture. Melt butter with graham cracker crumbs and nuts. Press firmly into bottom of pan.

Spread marshmallow mixture over crumbs. Spread Raspberry mixture over top.

Refrigerate until firm.
