1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg dry yeast
1 T oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Coarse black pepper
Cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, put in warm water, yeast, salt; stir - Let dissolve. Add oil, gradually stir in flour. Mix well. Finish mixing by hand if necessary. Use a small amount of flour on clean surface to roll out dough. Grease a jelly roll pan. Sprinkle some pepper and/or cornmeal in pan. Add rolled dough to pan; stretch to fit.
