2 lbs. ground beef
1T. potato flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. salt
1T. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1 med. sized onion, minced

Gravy:
2 T flour
1 c. milk
Dash nutmeg, salt, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, potato flour, nutmeg, salt, flour, egg, milk, pepper, ginger, and onion well and shape into balls. Brown the balls all around in a frying pan. Remove balls from pan and place on serving platter.

Gravy - Sprinkle drippings from pan with flour and stir. Gradually add milk and stir until smooth. Season to taste.
