5 lb pork or beef ribs, country or regular
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. celery stocks and leaves
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
4 slices lemon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 bay leaves
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T garlic cloves minced
1 10 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 15oz. cans chunky tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.
Place ribs in large baking pan.
Bake ribs just enough to render fat from ribs, about 20 minutes.
Combine all other ingredients.
Remove ribs from oven and brush with prepared sauce.
Return to oven and bake at 275º for several hours, basting often.
