1 cup whole flaxseeds
1/2 cup water
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Cloves to taste
Raisins, almonds, walnuts, dried cranberries, hemp seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
Vanilla extract
Fresh Fruit

Mix flaxseeds with filtered water seasoned with cinnamon and other spices. Refrigerate overnight. Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet that is covered with wax paper. Bake at 275º for about 1 hour, turning them several times to dry out. Optional: add nuts, seeds, dried fruits in the last 10 minutes of baking.
