1/2 pound of Bacon
1 large Onion
CrockPot
Bacon and Onion mix
1 #10 can of Pork and Beans or 4 to 5 16oz cans
1/4 cup Mustard
1/4 cup Ketchup
1T Apple Cider Vinagar
Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Onion power
2T -4T Brown Sugar-Optional to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and onion until bacon is slightly crisp.
Mix that and rest of ingredients into CrockPot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours stirring occasionally. Take the lid off the last hour to evaporate liquid and thicken up.
