2 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsps. vanilla
1 cup plus 2 tbsps. heavy cream
2 tbsps. butter, for tops

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a large bowl combine, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Whisk to blend ingredients.

Measure cream and add vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Turn out onto floured surface and knead 2 or 3 times, just until the dough holds together. Pat into 2 circles and brush generously with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Cut each circle into 6 wedges.

Arrange on parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until tops are browned.
