1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
1 cup crab meat
1/4 cup chopped nuts
2 tbsp fresh parsley (or 2 tsp parsley flakes)
Directions:
Directions:
Mash cream cheese with fork in a bowl, add hot sauce, salt, pepper and onion. Mash and mix well. Add crab meat, mix well. Chill for 30 min before shaping into a ball: It will remain fairly soft.
Shape into a ball. Mix walnuts and parsley on a large plate, roll ball in mixture. Cover and chill.

Serve with crackers
