2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
7 quarts popcorn, popped

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan bring brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt to a boil. Remove from heat. Add baking soda stirring well. Pour over popped corn lightly toss to coat all kernels. Place on 2 baking sheets. Bake at 200ºF for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
