3 Eggs
3 ounces Sugar (use liquid measure)
2 ounces Oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 Tbsp Baking Powder
2 cups Flour

Frosting
Confectioner's Sugar
Extract of choice (Vanilla, Anise or Almond)
Water
Sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F.

Beat eggs, sugar and oil until foamy. Add vanilla.

In another bowl, sift together flour and baking powder. Mix with wet ingredients. Cover bowl and let rest for 3 minutes.

Oil hands and roll small amount of dough into a snake shape about 3" long. Twist around finger and drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes -- watch carefully. Cool and frost with frosting recipe below.

Frosting
Mix confectioner's sugar, extract of choice and water to make a glaze. Dip tops of cookies in glaze, add sprinkles while wet. Let frosting set and enjoy!
