Ingredients:
1 1/2 -2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
Favorite Buffalo sauce (Frank's Red Hot Original Sauce is recommended)
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
4 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in the crock pot and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on medium. Chicken can cook from the frozen state. When done, chicken can be shredded with a fork. You can also mix these ingredients in a 13" x 9" baking dish, cover with foil and bake in a slow oven (250º) for at least 6 hours. Good on a tortilla with shredded lettuce.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is very versatile and a sure crowd-pleaser. Susan used to cook chicken this way with her favorite barbecue sauce, salt, and pepper instead of the buffalo sauce and ranch mix. You can use your favorite chicken cuts, even with the bone still in.
