3 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
4 cups pink rhubarb
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
This is for a 9 inch pie.

Beat slightly three eggs and add milk. Mix in sugar, flour and nutmeg. Add the cut up rhubarb. Add tapioca for thickener to mixture. Put in pie crust. Dot with butter. Cover with lattice top.

Bake at 400* for 55 minutes.
