Slice hot dogs in half lengthwise. Fill with sauerkraut. Wrap uncooked bacon around hot dogs and secure with tooth pick. Place on medium heat grill and cook until bacon is cooked. REMOVE toothpick and serve on buns. Garnish as desired.

Perhaps it goes without saying that with the combination of a hot dog and sauerkraut, German mustard would be recommended.
