1/2 cup ------------------ Soya sauce
1/2 cup ------------------ Catchup
1/2 cup ------------------ Honey
3 cups ------------------- Water

4 lbs. -------------------- Babyback ribs, cut into 8 portions

2 cups ----------------- Brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) can ------- Coca-Cola
4 cloves --------------- Garlic, minced
1/2 cup ---------------- Soya sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven, mix together the first 4 ingredients.

Add ribs, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 35 minutes. Drain; set aside.

Place parboiled ribs in a roasting pan.

Mix last 4 ingredients together; pour over the parboiled ribs and bake in a preheated 350º oven for 1 hour (cook covered for the first 1/2 hour, and uncovered for the last 1/2 hour)

Yields 8 servings.
