1 lb pork spare ribs cut into 1 inch lengths
marinade:
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 Tbsp garlic salt
pinch pepper
2-3 drops sesame oil

combine in a non metallic bowl. marinate ribs at least 1 hour or over night. combine 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup cornstarch in a plastic bag and dust ribs with mixture by shaking in bag. gray at 375ºF in 2 inches of oil until well browned or crisp
