3 chicken breasts (more, depending on your preference and family size)
1 12 oz. bottle BBQ sauce (that's 1 1/2 cups) -If you are Gluten sensitive, Make sure it's gluten free! 1/2 the BBQ sauces are and 1/2 aren't. I like Sweet Baby Ray's. On a budget, any brand will do!
1/2 cup Italian dressing (any brand)
1/4 cup brown sugar, brown sugar Splenda works great if you are watching your sugar levels
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce -Again, if you have an allergy, be sure it's gluten free! Lea and Perrins is Gluten Free and is my favorite.
Rice to put BBQ chicken on, unless you'd prefer to have it on a salad, buns with coleslaw, or in a tortilla wrap

Put everything in crock-pot and cook on low 6-8 hours (or high 3-4). Shred chicken when there's 15-30 minutes left and put back in crock-pot for the remaining 15-30 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish, coleslaw, baked beans, corn, green beans, have a picnic any time of the year!
