2 filets de porc
1 pincée de thym
1 oignon émincé
Sel et poivre au goût

Couper les filets de porc en dés d'environ 1 pouce chacun, les faire bouillir dans
un chaudron rempli d'eau avec, le thym l'oignon et le sel et le poivre. Couvrir et laisser mijoter environ 15 minutes, égoutter et réserver.

Dans un autre chaudron, mettre

2 tasses d'eau
2 tasses de cassonade
1 c. à soupe de farine
4 c. à soupe de sauce soya
4 c. à soupe de vinaigre blanc
3 gousses d'ail émincé

Amener à ébullition et ajouter les morceaux de porc cuits, couvrir et mettre au four à 350° environ 15 minutes.
