Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
From its title, this dish obviously originated in Hawaii and has made its way to the Mainland US. Poke is much celebrated in Hawaii. If you love Sashimi, you will really love Maui Ahi Poke. Enjoy and "A Hui Hou" (Until we meet again!).
