1 lb hamburger
1 lb seasoned mild sausage (Neese's is best but is not available out of the south. Can use Jimmy Dean)
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
3/4 c Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c fennel seed
your favorite spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Roll into balls (larger than marble, smaller than golf ball). Brown, and cook until done inside. Drain and add sauce.

My grade school friend Angela Leonell shared her mom's family recipe: You can eat these with spaghetti, on a sub sandwich or just plain. They are great and everybody loves them.
