1 cake mix (or favorite cake recipe), any flavor
All ingredients to make cake
1 can frosting (or favorite frosting recipe), any flavor
1 package chocolate almond bark ( you can also use vanilla almond bark)

Make cake according to recipe and bake. Let cool about 3-5 minutes when baking is complete. While still very warm, crumble into mixing bowl. Add the frosting you have selected and stir together.

Let cake/frosting mix cool in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Shape into balls. Cool for about another 30 minutes.

Melt almond bark (I typically do about half of the package at a time. Only take about 1/2 the balls out at one time. Dip in chocolate and place on waxed paper. I let them sit at room temperature at this time.'

If you want cake pops, dip lollypop stick in chocolate and stick in pop before dipping in chocolate. You can add paste food coloring to white chocolate to add additional color.

The favorite I have been doing is the Orange dreamsicle cupcake recipe with orange cream cheese frosting (Do not use all the frosting) dipped in chocolate.
