2-2 1/2 lb loin spare ribs
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp. shortening
2 bouillon cubes
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/2 clove garlic-minced
1/2 bay leaf
1 medium onion-minced
3 cloves
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
rice (enough to serve 4-5)

Directions:

Cut ribs in serving pieces, dredge in seasoned flour and brown in shortening. Combine remaining ingredients and heat. Arrange ribs in a roasting pan. Pour the spicy mixture over ribs, cover with Reynolds wrap and bake at 350º for 1-1 1/2 hrs. Remove ribs from the sauce, skim off the fat and thicken the sauce slightly with 2 tbsp. of flour mixed with 1/4 cup cold water. Serve sauce over ribs with rice.
