Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef sirloin steak
5-6 green onions, white part only, cut into 1" pieces

Marinade:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 T. fresh lime juice
4 tsp. minced garlic
1 T. ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients in large shallow bowl. Remove and reserve 1/2 c. for basting. Cut beef steak into 1 1/2 " cubes. Add beef to remaining marinade in bowl; toss to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Alternately thread beef and onion pieces evenly onto four 1/2" metal skewers. Place skewers on grill over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill uncovered, about 10 to 12 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, basting frequently with reserved 1/2 c. marinade and turning occasionally.

Personal Notes:
This is a great-tasting recipe and really easy to make. You can adjust the degree to which it is "fiery" by using more or less of the ground red pepper.
