1 small head of cabbage coarsely shredded
1/2 package of egg noodles
water
2-3 tbsp. butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put shredded cabbage in large frying pan with a few tbsp. water. Heat to boiling to steam cabbage part way done. When water is almost gone, add butter or margarine and fry cabbage on medium heat, turning often, until edges are browned and caramelized. While cabbage is frying, boil egg noodles in a separate saucepan until done. When cabbage is ready, add drained egg noodles, salt and pepper, and mix.
