Bob's Fondue Recipe

Ingredients:  
2 pounds cubed steak (we use Filet)
4 cups Peanut Oil
1 Jar Dry Roasted Peanuts

Sauce One

8 ounce Sour Cream
1 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon mustard

Sauce Two

8 ounce Mayo 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into small pieces for Fondue cooking
Pour peanut oil in electric Fondue pot and heat

Place dry roasted peanuts in food processor or blender and grind up
Pour into bowl

Sauce One
Mix sour cream, mustard, garlic and pepper together.
Add salt to taste Dip cooked steak in sauce and roll in peanuts

Sauce Two
Mix mayo brown sugar and curry. Dip cooked steak in sauce.

Cook Steak and dip into sour cream sauce and roll in dry roasted peanuts or dip into Mayo curry sauce

This is great for special occasions! Serve with a loaf of hot toasty bread and your favorite salad.
Make some chocolate fondue and dip strawberries for dessert.
