1 dozen eggs - boiled

Salt and pepper to taste
1 T. Worcestershire
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish (not a lot of juice)
1 capful vinegar
2 T. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 dozen eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat so that water is just below simmering. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Drain. Refill the sauce pan with cold water and let stand 2 minutes. Drain.. Gently tap each egg on the counter-top. Roll egg between palms of hands and peel off the eggshells, starting at the large end.

Cut peeled eggs in half. Scoop yellow center and put in salt and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until creamy. Scoop back into eggs. Sprinkle with paprika. refrigerate for later use.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Here's a challenge: Take a platter of deviled eggs to your next potluck and see if they don't vanish before you even have time to get one for yourself. Everyone loves them...it's a retro thing...but we don't often make them...a modern thing... for all sorts of superfluous reasons.
