1 pkg. (16 oz.) coleslaw mix
2 green onions, finely chopped

Dressing:

1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. Duke's mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
2 T. cider vinegar
2 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl whisk together all of the coleslaw dressing ingredients. You can refrigerate this until ready to serve. Toss the slaw mix and onions with the dressing just before serving to prevent the slaw from getting soggy.

There is a word for it...ubiquitous. Coleslaw is a such widespread part of our diet in terms of its place as a side dish to almost everything that we can think of it in terms of its being ubiquitous. This coleslaw, however, is far from the ordinary...and is good with all the main entrees where a more ordinary coleslaw would be served.
