1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
4-5 lbs. red potatoes, boiled in salted water
3/4 to 1 c. Duke's mayonnaise
3/4 to 1 c. sour cream
1-2 bunches chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and drain potatoes. Toss with the crumbled bacon and chopped green onion. Mix the sour cream and mayonnaise together and pour over the potatoes. Mix all ingredients together with salt and pepper to taste.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This potato salad is best when served just after it is prepared and is still warm. However, it is almost as good when chilled. And yes, using Duke's Mayonnaise does make a difference.
