Dressing:

1 10-oz. jar seedless raspberry fruit spread or preserves
1/2 c. seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil

Salad:

1 head romaine, torn into bite size pieces
1 small red onion, sliced
1 c. feta cheese
1/2 c. toasted pecans
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Directions:

Microwave raspberry fruit spread in a microwave-safe bowl at LOW (30% power) for 1 minute or until melted. Whisk in vinegar and oil until blended. Let cool,

Toss salad ingredients with dressing and serve immediately.
