Directions:Beat eggs Add oil and beat Add seasonings and salt, stir Add vinegar, stir thoroughly

This is not a marinade. The high salt content will soak into the meat and make it Yuk salty if used as such! |

Notes: This recipe originally came from the Tioga County PA USP Association of Letter Carriers. When Grandpa Durwood was a letter carrier (mailman) in PA the association would have a barbecue every year at the old fire station in Lawrenceville, PA – (it is under a lake now) It was a huge potluck, probably at least 50 families would attend. Everyone brought a dish to pass, and the guys barbecued a ton of chicken halves using this sauce – a family favorite. We kids would spend our time running around in the adjacent farmer’s cornfield playing hide and seek – I am sure he appreciated that!
