Directions:
Remove turkey giblets, heart, and neck from bag. Place in small sauce pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, simmer until giblets are cooked through, about 25 minutes.

Remove meat and finely chop giblets and heart, pull meat from neck bone, saving meat to add to gravy.

In a cup, mix 2 T. cornstarch with a small amount of water, dissolving completely. Add to sauce pan and stir until mixture thickens to desired consistency. Reduce heat and add 1 -2 tsp. of Kitchen Bouquet.

Add chopped meat and sliced egg. Serve warm over mashed potatoes and dressing.
