1 T sugar
2 T heavy cream
3 eggs, beaten until light
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. brandy
1/2 tsp. vanilla or cardamom

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, then add enough flour to make soft dough. Roll very thin. Cut with crinkle dough cutter or pizza cutter into rectangles as shown in picture. Fry in deep fat until golden brown. Place on brown paper to absorb extra fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
