5 or 6 flounder fillets
1c. or so crab meat or crab stuffing
1pkg. thick sliced bacon
Any seasonings that you like Tony's, Italian, lemon pepper just salt and pepper opinions are endless!!

Directions:
Directions:
Pat fillets dry. Sprinkle with seasonings.
Cut length wise about an inch wide.
Add a little crab/stuffing to each fillet roll up.
Wrap with bacon secure with toothpicks.
Bake at 350dregees until fish is done
