1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
3 eggs
1 cup nuts (your choice)
1 lb. confectionary sugar
1- 8oz. softened cream cheese
1 tsp.vanilla

Crust:
Mix
1 egg
1 melted stick butter
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup nuts
Combine and press into 9x13 baking dish. Will be thick.

Top Layer:
Mix:
2 eggs
1- 8 oz.box softened cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. box confectionary sugar
Blend until smooth and pour evenly over crust.

Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes until browned around edges.
