2 cups cooked, riced potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
1/3 flour
toast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, salt, egg and bread crumbs with about a 1/3 cup flour, enough to keep from sticking to hands. Form into 1 1/2" balls with one small cube of toast in center. Cover closely and simmer in salted water for eight minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

You will get about 12 dumplings.
