4 cups cut peeled apples
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
1 c chopped nuts
2 well beaten eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples, sugar, nuts, eggs, oil. Mix flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt together. Add batter mixture to dry and mix together. Add vanilla. Put into greased and floured tube pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. or until cake pulls away from side.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar when served
