1 (15.5-oz.) can black beans
1 (15.5-oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (15.5-oz.) can chick peas, drained
1 (15.2-oz.) can corn, drained
1 small red onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 avocado, diced
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cumin, to taste
Cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1) Pour the drained beans and corn into a large serving bowl. Add the chopped onions, green pepper and avocado, as well as all seasonings. Mix together well.
2) Sprinkle vinegar over salad, stir, add more vinegar until the salad has turned a brownish color.
3) Let salad marinate in refrigerator until ready to serve. Before serving, stir well and sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top.
