Ingredients:  
2 bunches fresh spinach
1/2 to 1 lb bacon, fried crisp and dried
2 hard boiled eggs, coarsely grated

Dressing--
2/3 c oil
1/4 c wine vinegar
2 Tbls white wine
2 tsp soy sauce
1tsp sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 to 1 tsp curry, to taste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash spinach and remove stems. Tear into small pieces. Add bacon and eggs. Add dressing just before serving.

Combine all dressing ingredients and shake well. Chill. Pour over salad before serving.
