Ingredients:  
1 can crushed drained pineapple (reserve the juice)
2 pkg. cherry or cranberry jello
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup hot water
1 cup ice cold water
1 1/2 cups ground raw cranberries
2 ground orange or 1 can of Mandarin Oranges (diced)
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and jellos, and dissolve in hot water. Add pineapple juice and cold water. Stir. Chill till partially set.
Add pineapple and remaining ingredients and stir well.
Chill until firm in a 2 qt. mold, or you can use a large bowl.
