2 lbs. large shrimp
1/2 cont. Guidry's Seasoning
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 pks. applewood smoked bacon
1 stick butter
1 bottle brown sugar bbq sauce
1 bottle honey
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 lb. lump crab meat
saute lightly the guidry's and garlic and crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Lay shrimp on bacon, add seasoning with garlic crabmeat into fold of shrimp, sprinkle with Creole seasoning, fold over and wrap up. Every part of shrimp, leave one piece at end about 1", tuck under bacon. Put on platter and put in freezer.

Begin wrapping another plate of shrimp.

Deep fry first batch for 2 minutes. Remove and put on hot pit till bacon is cooked. Dip shrimp in sauce until fully covered.

Sauce:
Add 6 parts honey to 2 parts brown sugar bbq sauce, and 1 tbsp. cinnamon, mix.
