1 cup butter
¼ cup icing sugar
2 cup flour
1 cup ground almonds
1 tsp. vanilla
250g glace cherries

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients.

Use 1 tsp. of dough to form around a cherry. Bake 325ºF until brown about 20 - 35 minutes depending on size. Roll in granulated sugar while still hot.
