6 large baking potatoes
1/2 cup cheddar
1 - green onion - chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
4 slices of bacon - cooked, chopped
Directions:

BAKE potatoes until complete (OR microwave)

HEAT oven to 400ºF

SLICE in half, scoop insides - leaving enough to support the potato skin

MIX the potato inside, half the cheese, and remaining ingredients.

REFILL the potato skins and TOP with cheese

BAKE for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
