8 broken gingersnaps
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 c. beef bouillon
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. brown sugaer
whole beef brisket

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in a roasterr. Mix ingredients and pour over brisket .
Bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours

Remove brisket from roaster. Place sauce in a sauce pan on the stove top and thicken. Pour over sliced brisket.
