2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thigh or breast meat
3 level Tbsp. plain flour
1 - 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the soy sauce and honey in a small bowl
Set aside
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
Lightly dust in flour, shake off the excess
Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat
Add oil
When it is hot, add 1/2 of the dusted flour chicken pieces
Do not crowd the pan
When the bottom is golden brown, flip to the other side, cook for 1 minute
Remove to plate and continue cooking the rest of the chicken in batches
Add a small amount of oil as needed to each batch
Return all the cooked chicken to pan, turn the heat to low and pour in soy sauce mixture
Let it bubble in the pan and turn the chicken pieces to coat in the sauce
When the sauce has turned to a sticky glaze, turn off the heat and enjoy
