1 (7 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
3 Tbsp. creamy Dijon-style mustard blend
1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 bagels or English muffins, cut in half and toasted
4 sliced mozzarella cheese
Green onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl stir together salmon, mustard, sliced green onion, lemon juice and pepper
Spread the salmon mixture on toasted bagel or English muffin halves
Top each sandwich with a slice of mozzarella cheese and broil about 4 inches from heat for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
If desired, garnish the open-faced sandwich with green onion curls
