1 Reynolds Hot Bags Foil Bag, large size
2 lb. medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 c. broccoli florets
1 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
Soy sauce

Preheat grill to medium high or oven to 450º
Open foil bag
Arrange shrimp, broccoli and red pepper in foil bag in an even layer
Sprinkle with garlic and ginger
Drizzle oil over ingredients in foil bag
To seal, double fold open end of foil bag
Place foil bag in a 1 inch deep pan
To cook, slide foil bag onto grill or leave foil bag in supporting pan and place in oven
Grill 15 - 20 minutes in covered grill or bake 25 - 30 minutes in supporting pan in oven
Use oven mitts to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife
Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape
Sprinkle with soy sauce before serving
