2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cream sugar and shortening. Mix in eggs and then add milk. Combine flour, baking soda and salt, and add to wet ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Spread into a 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle the top with sugar and bake for 30 minutes.

To make sour milk, put a tablespoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar in a measuring cup and add milk to make 1/2 cup. Stir and let set for about 10 minutes.
